Blower Motor Control Processor Replacement LHD

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the right sound insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.

  2. Object Number: 819758  Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor control processor.

  4. Object Number: 819759  Size: SH
  5. Remove the blower motor control processor retaining screw (1).
  6. Remove the blower motor control processor from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the blower motor control processor.
  2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 819759  Size: SH
  3. Install the blower motor control processor retaining screw (1).
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the screw to 1 N·m (9 lb in).

  5. Connect the electrical connector to the blower motor control processor.
  6. Install the right sound insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.

Blower Motor Control Processor Replacement RHD

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the left closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.

  2. Object Number: 789057  Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the blower motor control processor.

  4. Object Number: 788965  Size: SH
  5. Remove the blower motor control processor retaining screw (1).

  6. Object Number: 788967  Size: SH
  7. Remove the blower motor control processor from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 788967  Size: SH
  1. Install the blower motor control processor.
  2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 788965  Size: SH
  3. Install the blower motor control processor retaining screw (1).
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the screw to 1 N·m (9 lb in).


    Object Number: 789057  Size: SH
  5. Connect the electrical connectors (1) to the blower motor control processor.
  6. Install the left closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
