Removal Procedure
- Remove the door trim panel.

- Remove the water deflector. Refer to

Important: There is a binding effect on the power window motor drive when the window
is in the fully closed or open position.
- Partially open the window, if possible.
- Remove the window regulator. Refer to
Rear Side Door Window Regulator Replacement
.
- Remove the screws securing
the power window motor to the window regulator.
- Twist the power window motor clockwise to remove the motor from
the regulator.
Installation Procedure
- Install the power window
motor to the window regulator.
- Twist the power window motor counterclockwise to align the screw
holes.
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners
must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring
replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant
are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or
corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.
These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage
the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when
installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
- Install the power
window motor to regulator screws.
Tighten
Tighten the power window motor screws to 4 N·m (35 lb in).
- Install the

- Install the water deflector. Refer to

- Install the door trim panel. Refer to
