Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 824634 Size: SH
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement in Body Front End.
  3. Remove the tow hook mounting nuts (1).
  4. Remove the tow hook mounting bolt (2).
  5. Remove the tow hook from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 824634 Size: SH
  1. Install the tow hook to the vehicle.

    2. Important: Loosely install all nuts and bolt before tightening.

  2. Install the tow hook mounting bolt (2).

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the tow hook mounting nuts (1).

    4. Tighten

    1. Tighten the nuts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
    2. Tighten the bolt to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
  4. Install the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement in Body Front End.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
