Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the left hand closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side .

    2. Object Number: 714046 Size: SH
  2. Remove the screws (2) securing the knee bolster trim (1) to the knee bolster bracket.
  3. Remove the knee bolster trim (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 714046 Size: SH
  1. Install the knee bolster trim (1).

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the retaining screws (2).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  3. Install the lever retainers screws.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  4. Install the left hand closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side .
