Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the vehicle and support. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the LF tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Wheel Removal .
  3. Remove the LF wheelhouse panel:
    4. • Remove the screws.
    • Remove the nuts.
    • Remove the retainers.
    • Remove the panel.
  4. Remove the cooling fan and insulator:
    5. • Pull forward and downward on the insulator in order to remove.
    • Disconnect the fan from the duct.
    • Disconnect the fan connector.
  5. Unclip the duct wiring harness.
  6. Unsnap the duct from the engine compartment relay center.

Installation Procedure
  1. Snap the duct into the engine compartment relay center.
  2. Clip the duct wiring harness.
  3. Install the cooling fan and insulator:
    4. • Connect the fan connector.
    • Connect the fan to the duct.
    • Push rearward and upward on the insulator in order to install.
  4. Install the LH wheel house panel:
    5. • Install the panel.
    • Install the screws.
    • Install the nuts.
    • Install the retainers.
  5. Install the LF tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Wheel Installation .
  6. Lower the vehicle.
