GLOVEBOX DOOR VINYL PEEL NEW GLOVEBOX DOOR RELEASED

MODELS AFFECTED: 1996 CIMARRON

Some 1986 Cimarrons may experience peeling of the vinyl from the glovebox door frame. To correct this condition a revised glovebox door P/N 1622669 with a new vinyl material (identified by an "X" in the lock indentation) has been released. This new door should be used whenever replacement is required.

For warranty purposes, use Labor Operation C2140 at .2 hours. To color coat the glovebox door, add .3 hours and use GB for the material allowance.
