REVISION: 01/05/95
THIS BULLETIN IS BEING REVISED TO CORRECT THE MODEL YEAR USAGES FOR THE PART NUMBERS CONTAINED IN THIS BULLETIN. PLEASE DISCARD BULLETIN 476402 (GROUP REFERENCE 6-ENGINE). ----------------------------------------------------------------------
FHC GREASE HAS BEEN INCORPORATED AS A LUBRICANT IN THE SPARK PLUG WIRE BOOTS. WITH THE ADDITION OF THE FHC GREASE, SILICONE TYPE LUBRICANTS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED AND MUST NOT BE USED WITH FHC LUBRICATED SPARK PLUG WIRES. IF SILICONE GREASE IS ADDED TO FHC COATED SPARK PLUG BOOTS, CARBON TRACKING OF SPARK PLUGS MAY OCCUR. THE INITIAL APPLICATION OF FHC GREASE IS DESIGNED TO LAST THE ENTIRE LIFE OF THE SPARK PLUG WIRE, WHICH MAKES FUTURE FHC GREASE APPLICATIONS UNNECESSARY.
WHENEVER ORDERING SPARK PLUG BOOTS COATED WITH FHC GREASE, REFER TO THE FOLLOWING PART NUMBERS:
