Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications.

Preliminary Procedure

    • Remove the upper radiator air deflector.

       Important: Drain only the fluid from the radiator surge tank.

    • Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.

Radiator Inlet Hose

Tip
Using J 38185 , position the radiator inlet hose clamps aside and remove the hose from the radiator and engine.
