Removal Procedure
  1. If the vehicle is equipped with a column shift lever the traction control switch is part of the lever and is replaced with the lever. Refer to Shift Lever Replacement in Steering Wheel and Column.

    2. Object Number: 498469 Size: SH
  2. If equipped with a console shift remove the center console trim plate (1). Refer to Front Floor Console Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  3. Remove the traction control switch electrical connector (3).
  4. Remove the traction control switch (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 498469 Size: SH
  1. Install the traction control switch (2).
  2. Install the traction control switch electrical connector (3).
  3. Install the center console trim plate. Refer to Front Floor Console Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console (1).
