Voltage at theft deterrent module (TDM) is lower than the voltage being reported on the serial data line.
The ignition must be in Accessory or Run mode for this code to set.
Voltage at the TDM B+ circuit is between 6-9 volts and the reported battery voltage received via serial data is greater than 9 volts.
Security Indicator ON.
Module battery voltage is greater than 9 volts.

⇒ | If greater than 1 volt, test the accessory voltage circuit and the ground circuit for an open/high resistance. If the circuits test normal, replace the TDM. |
