    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1564164 Size: SH
  1. Install the intake manifold sight shield ball studs.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the intake manifold ball studs to 7 N·m (62 lb in).


    Object Number: 1564160 Size: SH
  2. Install the intake manifold plug.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the intake manifold plug to 2 N·m (18 lb in).


    Object Number: 1564158 Size: SH
  3. Install the vacuum cap.

    4. Object Number: 1012862 Size: SH

    Important: Do not reuse the intake manifold-to-cylinder head sealing gaskets.

  4. Install NEW intake manifold-to-cylinder head gaskets.
