Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
2. Remove the heater core. Refer to Heater Core Replacement .
3. Remove the thermal expansion valve. Refer to Thermal Expansion Valve Replacement .
4. Remove the air inlet housing assembly. Refer to Air Inlet Assembly Replacement .
5. Remove the blower motor resistor. Refer to Blower Motor Resistor Replacement .
