1. Open the hood.
2. Disconnect the 2 electrical connectors for the washer solvent heater.

Washer Solvent Heater Nuts (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Windshield Washer Solvent to Washer Pump Hose

Tip
Disconnect the washer hose from the topside of the washer solvent heater.

Windshield Washer Solvent Heater Assembly

Tip
Remove the heater assembly from the engine compartment.
