Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the right front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.

    2. Object Number: 627402 Size: SH
  2. Remove the heat shield fasteners.
  3. Remove the heat shield.

    4. Object Number: 627408 Size: SH
  4. Remove the fasteners from the brace.
  5. Remove the brace.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the engine to transaxle brace.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 627408 Size: SH
  2. Install the fasteners into the engine and transmission.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the brace bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).


    Object Number: 627402 Size: SH
  3. Install the heat shield.
  4. Install the heat shield fasteners.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the heat shield nuts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  5. Install the right front tire. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
