Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement.
2. Remove the HVAC control assembly. Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Control Replacement.
3. Remove the I/P center air outlet. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Replacement.
4. If installing a replacement radio, program the radio. Refer to Control Module References.
