The Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) adjustment specification (referred to in step "f" of the "Throttle Position Sensor [TPS] adjustment" on pages 6C1-11 through 6C1-12 in the 1982 Service Information Manual) is .97 volts at the high step of the fast idle cam.
