Enclosed are four General Motors Warranty Reference Guides which list the coverages applicable to 1979 through 1985 GM passenger cars and light duty trucks. Also listed is a component coverage comparison which includes the GM Protection Plan.

This pocket size guide is intended for use by Dealer Service Advisors as a ready reference to the numerous GM Warranty Coverages and is a supplement to the recently published Cadillac coverage chart. Additional copies in reasonable quantities may be ordered from Central Office Warranty Administration Department.

General Motors bulletins are intended for use by professional technicians, not a "do-it-yourselfer". They are written to inform those technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper service of a vehicle.
