REPLACEMENT OF DISCOLORED BODY SIDE MOLDINGS- NEW PART NUMBER

MODELS AFFECTED: 1985-1988 DE VILLE AND FLEETWOOD

Some 1985-1987 De Villes and Fleetwoods may exhibit a condition of discolored body side moldings. New moldings with increased ultraviolet stabilizers are being used in production and service to repair this condition. The part numbers listed in Figure 1 should be used to repair 1985-1987 vehicles and can be used for service on 1988 vehicies. Refer to Section 1, "Adhesive Body Side Moldings" of the appropriate Body Service Manual for service procedures.
