SUBJECT: SEAT CUSHION TOO SOFT

MODELS AFFECTED: 1989-1990 DE VILLES

Some 1989-1990 DeVilles may experience a condition where the seat cushion may feel too soft or offer no support in the center insert area. To repair this condition replace the seat cushion with the appropriate higher density cushion listed below. Refer to Section 10-9 of the 1989 DeVille/Fleetwood Service Information Manual for repair procedures.

Parts are currently available from GMSPO. For warranty purposes use Labor Operation C6880 at 1.0 hour for passenger cushion and C6881 at 1.0 hour for driver cushion.
