LABOR OPERATION C8835 AND E7010

This bulletin has been reprinted because the art work was omitted.

This bulletin is to clarify use of Labor Operations C8835 and E7010. The guidelines below should be followed when servicing the inflator module or horn mechanism on vehicles equipped with Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR).

C8835 - Module, Inflatable Cushion:

To be used when replacing the inflator module. Removal and installation to access other serviced parts (i.e., horn mechanism components) does not qualify for usage of this Labor Operation.

E7010 - Emblem and/or Pad, Horn Button: --------------------------------------- To be used when servicing any of the horn mechanism components (see parts illustration). Do not use this Labor Operation when replacement of the inflator module is required.
