SUBJECT: INFORMATION ON TWILIGHT SENTINEL TIME-OUT DELAY

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1990-91 DEVILLES,FLEETWOODS AND BROUGHAMS

The twilight sentinel system is designed to delay headlamp turn off from a few seconds to approximately 1-1/2 minutes after the ignition is turned off. References to a maximum delay of more than 1-1/2 minutes in service or owner information is incorrect.

Do not attempt to repair the system to achieve a delay longer than 1-1/2 minutes.
