THE CAUSE MAY BE DUE TO A MISADJUSTMENT OF THE STOPLAMP SWITCH ASSEMBLY.
TO REPAIR THIS CONDITION, REPLACE THE LOWER SWITCH IN THE STOPLAMP SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH P/N 12450005. FOLLOW THE REPLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES IN SECTION 5 OF THE APPLICABLE SERVICE MANUAL.
PARTS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FROM GMSPO.
