SOME OWNERS MAY COMMENT ON AN INTERMITTENT ITCH NOISE BETWEEN THE I/P TOP COVER AND THE I/P WOOD TRIM.
CONTACT BETWEEN THE I/P TOP COVER AND THE I/P WOOD TRIM MAY CREATE THIS CONDITION.
TO REPAIR THIS CONDITION, USE THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE THE UPPER I/P TRIM PAD AS PER SECTION 8C OF THE SERVICE MANUAL.
2. INSTALL "CLOSED CELL" FOAM TAPE ACROSS THE ENTIRE TOP EDGE OF I/P TRIM PANEL (SEE ILLUSTRATION).
3. INSTALL UPPER I/P TRIM PAD.
FOR VEHICLES REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY, USE:
LABOR OPERATION NUMBER: C2362 USE PUBLISHED LABOR OPERATION TIME.
