THIS CONDITION MAY BE CAUSED BY MANUFACTURING DEBRIS IN THE HEATER AND A/C PROGRAMMER VACUUM HARNESS CONNECTOR. THIS MANUFACTURING DEBRIS MAY NOT ALLOW THE PROPER AIR NECESSARY TO OPERATE THESE VACUUM CONTROLLED DEVICES.
THIS CONDITION CAN BE CORRECTED BY REMOVING THE DEBRIS FROM INSIDE THE VACUUM HARNESS CONNECTOR.
USE THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE LEFT SOUND INSULATOR.
2. DISCONNECT VACUUM HARNESS CONNECTOR FROM THE HEATER AND A/C PROGRAMMER.
3. REMOVE THE DEBRIS BETWEEN THE GREEN AND THE BLACK VACUUM HOSE. THIS DEBRIS CAN BE REMOVED BY USING AN AWL OR SMALL PICK.
4. CONNECT THE VACUUM HARNESS CONNECTOR TO THE HEATER AND A/C PROGRAMMER.
