THIS PROGRAM WILL TERMINATE BY NO LATER THAN THE END OF 1995. IT IS CRITICAL THAT ALL REMOVED PARTS BE PROMPTLY RETURNED.

IF YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT RECEIVES AN OWNER CONCERN ON ONE OF THE ABOVE SYSTEMS, FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE BELOW:

A. DIAGNOSIS

FOLLOW ALL NECESSARY SYSTEM CHECKS, TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS AND DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLESHOOTING CHARTS IN THE APPROPRIATE SECTION OF THE SERVICE MANUAL.

B. PARTS ORDERING

ONCE THE ABOVE DIAGNOSTICS ARE COMPLETE AND A REPLACEMENT PART IS DEEMED NECESSARY, ORDER VIA STANDARD PROCEDURES. DELCO ELECTRONICS WILL SHIP A REPLACEMENT PART DIRECTLY TO THE DEALER AND THE DEALER WILL BE REQUIRED TO RETURN THE FAILED PART AND REPAIR ORDER DIRECTLY TO DELCO ELECTRONICS USING THE "PRE-PAID" SHIPPER THAT WILL BE INCLUDED WITH THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT.

FOLLOWING THIS PROCEDURE WILL ENSURE THE SUCCESS OF THIS PROGRAM AND ALLOW FOR THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF THESE PRODUCTS.
