Removal Procedure

    Caution: When you are performing service on or near the SIR components or the SIR wiring, you must disable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System. Failure to follow the correct procedure could cause air bag deployment, personal injury, or unnecessary SIR system repairs.


    Object Number: 106069 Size: SH
  1. Push in and up on the front of the rear seat cushion.
  2. Lift up and out on the seat cushion.
  3. Disconnect heated seat electrical connectors (if equipped).
  4. Remove the rear seat cushion from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 106069 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear seat cushion into the vehicle.
  2. Connect the heated seat electrical connectors (if equipped).
  3. Engage the two locator tabs, on the seat bottom, under the seat back.

    4. Important: Pull up on the front of the rear seat cushion to ensure that the cushion is secure.

  4. Push down and rearward to seat the rear seat cushion into the latches in the number four bar.
