Control module for the Cadillac DeVille/STS with the LD8 or L37 engine.
On February 16, 2004 we started the Engineering Investigation on the Electronic Powertrain Control Module for the Cadillac DeVille/STS with the LD8 or L37 engine.
Our findings have led us to a better understanding of the crank, no start complaint, the transmission solenoid code and the no communication issue in the module. Your continued cooperation with these Engineering Investigations helps us find issues that we have been unable to find any other way. Please share this information with your technicians.
The PCM part number being cancelled for the Cadillac DeVille/STS with the LD8 or L37 engine is PCM P/N 12587465.
