Listen for an audible click when the lock cylinder relay operates. Command both the ON and OFF states. Repeat the commands as necessary.
Tests for voltage at the coil side of the lock cylinder relay.
Verifies that the RIM is providing ground to the lock cylinder relay.
Tests if ground is constantly being applied to the lock cylinder relay.
