Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 684403 Size: SH
  1. Remove the upper instrument panel (IP) trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the IP end cap. Refer to Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement - Right Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  3. Remove the air temperature sensor (1).

  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the A/C temperature sensors (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 493729 Size: SH
  1. Install the A/C temperature sensor (1).
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the A/C temperature sensor.
  3. Install the upper IP trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  4. Install the IP end cap. Refer to Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement - Right Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
