Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 577805 Size: SH
  1. Remove the rear seatback from the vehicle. Refer to Rear Seat Back Replacement .
  2. Place the rear seatback on a clean flat surface with the seat back cover side down and the lumbar assembly (1) visible.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector to the rear lumbar assembly (1).
  4. Remove the retainer clips (2, 3) that retain the rear lumbar assembly (1) to the rear seatback frame.

  5. Remove the rear lumbar assembly (1) from the rear seat back frame.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 625776 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear lumbar assembly (1) to the seatback frame.

    2. Object Number: 577805 Size: SH
  2. Install the rear lumbar assembly retainer clips (2, 3) in order to secure the lumbar assembly (1) to the seat back frame.
  3. Connect the rear lumbar electrical connector.
  4. Install the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Replacement .
