Condition
Some customers may comment that the ash tray in the rear doors will not stay closed.
Cause
The bin that the ash tray fits into may be undersized.
Correction
Remove the tray and instal friction tape on both sides of the tray as seen in the illustration above.
Engineering is currently working on a fix and dealers will be notified with a revised bulletin as soon as that fix becomes available.
General Motors encourages dealers to share this information with concerned customers.
