Did you perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle?

Do the park lamps operate properly?

Go to Step 3

Go to Park, License, and Tail Lamps Always On

1. Install a scan tool.
2. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
3. With a scan tool, perform the Displays Test in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) Special Functions.
4. Observe the LIGHTS ON indicator on the IPC during the Displays Test.

Does the LIGHTS ON indicator illuminate during the Displays Test and then turn OFF?

Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems

Go to Step 4

Replace the IPC. Refer to Control Module References in Computer/Integrating Systems for replacement, setup, and programming.

Did you complete the repair?

Go to Step 5
