Removal Procedure
- Rotate the coathook (1) to the open position.
- Using a flat-bladed screwdriver, pry the lower rear edge of the coathook escutcheon up.
- Push the escutcheon inboard to relieve the hidden snap at the top.
- Slide the escutcheon to the center of the assist strap.
- Remove the fastener and remove the coathook assembly.
Installation Procedure
- Attach the coathook (1) assembly with the fastener.
- Rotate the coathook (1) to the open position.
- Slide the coathook (1) escutcheon into place. A snap should engage at the top and the lower rear edge of the escutcheon.
- Rotate the coathook to the closed position.
