Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to SIR Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 547163 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front bucket seat. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .
  2. Remove the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement .
  3. Remove the seat back frame. Refer to Front Seat Back Frame Replacement .

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 547163 Size: SH
  1. Transfer any remaining seat components to the new adjuster assembly:
    2. • The seat adjuster motors (1,3,5). Refer to Seat Adjuster Motor Replacement .
    • The adjuster cables / sensors (2,4). Refer to Power Seat Drive Cable Replacement .
    • The wiring
    • The clips
  2. Install the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement .
  3. Install the seat back frame to the seat adjuster. Refer to Front Seat Back Frame Replacement .
  4. Install the front bucket seat. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .
  5. If the vehicle is equipped with memory seats, calibrate the seat. Refer to Memory Seat Calibration .
