Important: The headlamp/foglamp switch assembly uses skin locks and two steel spring clips which grab the soft skin material of the IP. The skin lock feature may cause the switch to be hard to remove.

1. Remove the left IP end cap. Refer to Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.



2. Push on the rear side of the headlamp/foglamp switch assembly.



3. Disconnect the electrical connectors as necessary.

1. Connect the electrical connectors.
2. Align the headlamp, foglamp switch assembly with the opening in the IP.
3. Push into position until flush with the IP surface.
4. Install the left IP end cap. Refer to Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
