Condition
Some customers may comment on an inoperative horn or horns.
Cause
This condition may be caused by water intrusion into the horn.
Correction
If normal diagnostic procedures lead to a diagnosis of a horn failure, technicians are to replace the inoperative horn or horn, P/N 12368063 (A note) or P/N 12368064 (F note). Install the new horn with the opening of the horn facing towards the rear of the vehicle. Refer to the Horn Replacement procedure in SI for more information (Document ID 462533).
