All 1986 Cadillac vehicles are being shipped with a sealed package of Gold Key materials in the trunk. It is essential that dealers inspect all new 1986 vehicles for the Gold Key package.
In the event the package is missing and/or incomplete (e.g., opened with keys missing) the following procedures must strickly adhered to:
A. Delivery receipt must be coded 98080 with a notation "Gold Keys missing", "Gold Key Package missing", etc.
B. C. Submit a transportation claim for missing packages, keys or other items per the above list in the following manner:

* Net Amount equal to the cost of the ordered item(s) from B above.
