Some 440-T4 transaxles may exhibit a harsh 3-2 downshift while braking or coasting to between 20 to 17 MPH, followed by an acceleration.
Install the following four parts as a set to correct the condition.

Special Note: When servicing the transaxle of vehicles normally driven in high altitude areas for this condition, also install the 3-2 control valve spring package covered in Serviceman Bulletin T-87-43.
Use operation number K6570 at 2.7 hours for De Villes and 3.2 hours for Eldorados and Sevilles.
