As part of the Gold Key Delivery System, Cadillac new car customers are entitled to a complimentary Gold Key inspection to ensure that all vehicle functions and features are in proper operating condition. Allante owners are entitled to three complimentary Gold Key Inspections which include an Electronic Systems Profile (ESP) oil and filter change, and a chassis lubrication. These inspections are intended to be performed within the first 12 months or 12,000 miles.
Cadillac auditing procedures require that the Gold Key Inspection Check Sheet be thoroughly reviewed and signed by the customer, attached to the repair order, and retained in the vehicle history file. For Allante, the customer is provided a copy of the ESP check list and the dealer will retain a signed copy of the ESP check list, the repair order, and the Gold Key Inspection Coupon in the vehicle history file.
The Gold Key Inspection Check Sheet is included at the back of the "Welcome to the World of Cadillac"section of the Gold Key owner's portfolio. For Allante, the ESP check lists are located behind the left side "window" of the owner's portfolio and the three Gold Key Coupons are included at the back of the "Welcome to the World of Cadillac" section of the owner's portfolio.

General Motors bulletins are intended for use by professional technicians, not a "do-it-yourselfer". They are written to inform those technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper service of a vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment, tools, safety instructions and know-how to do a job properly and safely. If a condition is described, do not assume that the bulletin applies to your vehicle, or that your vehicle will have that condition. See a General Motors dealer servicing your brand of General Motors vehicle for information on whether your vehicle may benefit from the information.
