LABOR TIME GUIDE REQUEST FOR REVIEW

This bulletin contains information on Labor Time Guide Requests For Review answered from December 1, 1989 to March 2, 1990. In total, 57 answers were sent to dealers. Of these, 44 resulted in increased time allowances or the addition of a new operation. These changes are summarized on the attached sheets. New operations are indicated as NOP. Time increases are indicated with a +.

Special mention goes to Coulter Cadillac in Phoenix, Arizona which submitted five of the requests resulting in changes. Crestview Cadillac in West Covina, California; Don Massey Cadillac in Plymouth, Michigan; Sewell Village Cadillac in Dallas, Texas; and Val Ward in Ft. Myers, Florida all deserve mention for submitting requests for Labor Operation D3320 which increased more than 1.0 hour. Although we have made a lot of progress in responding to your requests, there are many we still have
