SERVICE MANUAL UPDATE ANTI-LOCK DIODE LOCATION

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1989 E TORONADO

On page 8A-44-5 of the 1989 Oldsmobile Toronado Service Information Manual the component location for the Anti-Lock Brake System diode is listed incorrectly.

The correct location is "in the trunk, on the left wheelhouse, taped to the Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM) harness". The illustrations which are referenced, Figures 201-7B and 201-8D, also show incorrect locations.
