All Cadillac transportation and warranty claims submitted for payment on paper will be input into the uniform claim processing at the following EDS facility beginning the week of August 23, 1993:

Non-DCS dealerships, fleet agencies, allied divisions, and field personnel should mail all paper warranty and transportation claim documents to the EDS Lansing address effective August 15,1993. Claims sent to any other address may experience a delay in processing time.
