Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air conditioner accumulator assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning Accumulator Replacement in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
  2. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
  3. Remove the drive belt tensioner. Refer to Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 338441 Size: SH
  4. Remove the drive belt idler pulley bolt.
  5. Remove the drive belt idler pulley and bolt as an assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 338441 Size: SH
  1. Install the drive belt idler pulley and bolt as an assembly.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the drive belt idler pulley bolt.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the drive belt idler pulley bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  3. Install the drive belt tensioner. Refer to Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement .
  4. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
  5. Install the air conditioner accumulator assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning Accumulator Replacement in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
