Heating and Air Conditioning Scan Tool Output Controls

Scan Tool Output Control	Additional Menu Selection(s)	Description
A/C Defrost Solenoid	Solenoid Test	The scan tool displays On or Off selections. This function allows you to command the A/C defrost solenoid ON or OFF for 5 seconds.
Air Down Solenoid	Solenoid Test	The scan tool displays On or Off selections. This function allows you to command the air down solenoid ON or OFF for 5 seconds.
AIR Up Solenoid	Solenoid Test	The scan tool displays On or Off selections. This function allows you to command the AIR up solenoid ON or OFF for 5 seconds.
Blower Motor	Miscellaneous Test	The scan tool displays On or Off selections. This function allows you to command the blower motor ON at full speed, or OFF, for 5 seconds.
Instant OAT Update	Miscellaneous Test	The scan tool displays Off or On selections. This function updates the HVAC control processor ambient air temperature sensor input to the current raw value.
Lower Motor	Miscellaneous Test	The scan tool displays On or Off selections. This function allows you to command the lower motor ON or OFF for 5 seconds.
Park Brake Release	Miscellaneous Test	The scan tool displays On or Off selections. This function allows you to command the park brake release solenoid ON or OFF for 5 seconds.
Recirculation Solenoid	Solenoid Test	The scan tool displays On or Off selections. This function allows you to command the recirculation solenoid ON or OFF for 5 seconds.
Upper Motor	Miscellaneous Test	The scan tool displays On or Off selections. This function allows you to command the upper motor ON or OFF for 5 seconds.

A/C Relay	Engine Output Controls	The scan tool displays On or Off selections. This function allows you to command the A/C compressor clutch relay ON for 5 seconds, or OFF. When the A/C compressor clutch relay is ON, the A/C compressor clutch should be engaged.
