Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air distributor duct . Refer to Air Distributor Duct Replacement .
  2. Remove the upper mode actuator. Refer to Mode Actuator Replacement - Upper in HVAC Automatic.

    3. Object Number: 712631 Size: SH
  3. Pry out on the metal clips and remove.
  4. Remove the screws that hold the air duct together.
  5. Separate the air duct.

    6. Object Number: 712628 Size: SH
  6. Remove the upper mode door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 712628 Size: SH
  1. Install the upper mode door.
  2. Connect the case together.
  3. Install the screws that hold the air duct together.
  4. Install the metal clips onto the case.

    5. Object Number: 712617 Size: SH
  5. Install the upper mode actuator. Refer to Mode Actuator Replacement - Upper in HVAC Automatic.
  6. Install the air distributor duct. Refer to Air Distributor Duct Replacement .
