Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2002 🢒 Eldorado 🢒 HVAC 🢒 HVAC Systems - Automatic 🢒 Mode Valve Actuator Replacement - Lower

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air distributor duct . Refer to Air Distributor Duct Replacement in HVAC.
  2. Remove the upper mode actuator. Refer to Mode Actuator Replacement - Upper .

    3. Object Number: 712631 Size: SH
  3. Using a flat blade tool, remove the metal clips.
  4. Remove the screws that hold the air duct together.
  5. Separate the air duct.

    6. Object Number: 712641 Size: SH
  6. Remove the lower mode door.
  7. Unscrew the actuator from the duct.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the actuator into the duct by turning to the right.

    2. Object Number: 712641 Size: SH
  2. Install the lower mode door.
  3. Put the case together.
  4. Install the screws that hold the air duct together.
  5. Install the metal clips onto the case.
  6. Install the upper mode actuator. Refer to Mode Actuator Replacement - Upper .
  7. Install the air distributor duct. Refer to Air Distributor Duct Replacement in HVAC.
