Removal Procedure

  1. Disengage the retaining clips on the rear of the console center trim plate by pulling upward in order to allow access for the cup holder removal.
  2. Open the cupholder.
  3. Remove the rubber liner from the bottom of the cupholder.

  4. Object Number: 519667  Size: SH
  5. Remove the fasteners (1) from the bottom of the cupholder.

  6. Object Number: 519670  Size: SH
  7. Remove the cupholder from the console.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the cupholder into the console.

  2. Object Number: 519667  Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the fasteners (1).
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 8 N·m (7 lb in).

  5. Install the rubber liner to the bottom of the cupholder.
  6. Close the cupholder.
  7. Align the retaining clips on the rear of the console center trim plate to the console.
  8. Push downward in order to secure the fastener clip.
