Cause	Action
A shoe seized on the pivot pin.	Replace the shoes and the pivot pin.
Burrs or dirt are in the shoe grooves.	Remove the burrs and the dirt from the grooves.
The shoe lock spring is weak or broken.	Replace the shoe lock spring.
