Preliminary Procedures

1. Position the door window as needed for service.
2. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
3. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .

Front Side Door Window Bolt (Qty: 2)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Procedure

1. Tape the window to the door frame to prevent it from moving.
2. Loosen the 2 bolts that attach the window to the window regulator.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Front Side Door Window Regulator Bolt (Qty: 3)

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Front Side Door Window Regulator Nut (Qty: 2)

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Front Side Door Window Regulator

Procedure

1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Transfer the power window motor to the new regulator. Refer to Front Side Door Window Regulator Motor Replacement .
