The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

As of 5/12/08 the Escalade 22 Inch Wheel Kit (RPO P56) will be placed on restriction through the PQC as part of our ongoing quality improvement efforts to assist Engineering with product concern identification. Your cooperation with this program is greatly appreciated.

The following Escalade 22 Inch Wheel Kit is on restriction through the PQC:

If diagnosis has led to replacement of a 22 Inch Wheel Kit, please contact the PQC at 866-654-7654) to discuss the information/diagnostics that led to replacement. Please complete the questionnaire below before contacting PQC.

Wheel Kit Questionnaire

1. Is this vehicle involved in an insurance claim or customer pay?
2. If no, has the dealer reviewed bulletin #07-03-10-015A (SI Doc#2093416)? (If no, please review and call back)
3. Is the wheel being replaced because it is leaking at the bead seat? (If yes, review #08-03-10-006 as bead seat corrosion should not constitute replacement)
4. Is the wheel being replaced because of a loose center cap?
5. If yes, has dealer verified that the wheel is bad by checking with a known good center cap?
6. How many wheels are being replaced? (1-4)

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
